My name is Paschalis Sevdilis and I come from Volakas. My first encounter with yoga was in 2019. I began my apprenticeship in the world of yoga, with a focus on Hatha, in 2021, completing the certified RYS 200hr training from Anahata Yoga Academy in Thessaloniki.
