Hatha yoga for all. The yoga class will be takings place every morning in a suitable location in the village and will include breathing techniques and postures that will help us find strength and flexibility. We will also work with the FLOW, where each breath will be accompanied by a small movement. Through these lessons we aim to awaken the body while calming the mind and putting our thoughts in order.
The students of the other workshops can also participate in the lesson since the yoga class does not overlap with other workshops.
